BRANT FURROWED his brows at the crown prince, who looked visibly upset and irate about something.
Something he didn't know.
"Is something wrong, your highness?"
Heath, meanwhile, placed his elbow on the table and pressed his chin on the table. He blinked, staring in to nothing as his mind rode.
"Your highness?"
"Something is wrong," He repeated.
Brant resisted the urge to roll his eyes. 'He has already said that twice.'
"Something is wrong with either Luella, or the bird, worse both."
Brant's eyes first widened and then narrowed. Realization dawned on him, 'So what? Is he trying to run away from his duties again? Even when he was doing so good?'
Suddenly Heath shot up from his chair, and Brant immediately followed suit, trying to stop him.
