The first thing Ezekiel woke up to was greenery, which was weird for a moment until his mind caught up and he looked around himself.
" What the...." He muttered frowning as all around him vines which grew different kinds of luminescent plants were around him.
" I'm guessing that's the fucking magical phenomenon that K'null spoke about..." He thought before his face scowled, thoughts of what the being had gotten him in.
' Right, get out of here and then figure out what has changed and then make plans to combat whatever bullshit I have invited into this world.' Ezekiel thought as he tried standing.
" What the?" Exclaimed Ezekiel in bewilderment as plant's, vines and mushrooms seemed to have grown over his armour and clothes.
' Please say my armour isn't ruined from this shit!' He thought quickly tearing off the vines holding him in place, looking at his armour he found that no damage had been done and everything else of his was still in the room— Only covered in flora.
' I definitely can't lie myself out of this one...'
Ezekiel knew that he wouldn't be able to lie himself out of this one, especially now that his senses seemed to return to him with a vengeance.
He sensed everything within proximity of any flora around him and he saw through them as Octavia tried hacking through the vines encasing his cabin, luckily their energy signatures hadn't changed so he could tell everyone apart.
But with that he also realised that the ambient energies around him seemed even more chaotic but with a taint of something else, it was also richer as he realised that almost every plant around them had become better in some sense— his Nature's Embodiment going through overdrive passively analysing everything in its range.
' Wait— my system evolved, what changed though?' He thought as he didn't feel anything different, he half expected to be bombarded by screens right about now after all.
" Status." Ezekiel softly commanded his status up and widened his eyes as immediately he saw the changes.

They had been broken.
That was the first thing that Ezekiel noticed, his stats had been broken apart.
He scowled at that, with this he would now need to use more stat points to balance his already unbalanced build.
He also noted that the EXP he had gained from the battle with the grounders was still stored, he sighed with relief having been scared that it would be lost with the system evolving.
Another thing he noted was that the 'class' indicator turned into 'jobs' now, seemingly he could also take multiple now instead of the original one.
Satisfied with what he saw, he scrolled to the left this viewing the second page of his system.

Ezekiel quickly looked through his skill list and frowned, there was close to no change in there. The only change was the '*' indicator with his maxed out skills and the new [Chain Reaction] Skill.
And seemingly having waited just for that moment, the system showed an overlayed screen over the skill list.

Reading through that message Ezekiel's frown lessened, having a way to further grow his skills was a happy addition to his needs, so with that settled and seeing nothing else to look through, he quickly scrolled again.

Staring at the unchanged list of perks, Ezekiel grumbled before he noticed a new perk which had him pausing.

" Fuck...." He cussed, a frown plastered on his face knowing very well where this perk which seemed more like a curse came from.
His actual curse [The Multiverse Of Lust] was to blame, he was sure of it. Being contracted to a lust demon apparently had more costs then he thought.
He didn't like that, at all.
Being changed at the whims of some being he didn't even know, he felt more and more pissed as he thought about it.
Calming himself quickly though, he looked back at the door which was jammed by purple roots and the noise emanating outside.
' I should make this quick.'
Deciding to deal with the implications of the 'perk' later, he moved on to the fourth page.

And once more as Ezekiel looked through the page, he frowned.
' Where the fuck are my ability points?!' He thought outraged for a moment, thinking that maybe the demon he was contracted with had something to do with this or maybe the very person that made the damn system in the first place.
And once more, seemingly reacting on his emotions, the system blared up.

The user must note, the ability points system has been removed and replaced with a better alternative.
The last version of the system only allowed the user to level up his abilities proficiency and capabilities in skill at that abilities rank, the new upgraded version has broken down that system and recreated it for better system efficiency.
The user must now actively use their abilities in order to increase their percentile mastery of said ability, the higher the ability percent, the easier it's usability, efficiency and effectiveness will be.
But now, the upgraded Ability System allows the user to 'Rank Up' their ability everytime they hit 100% percentile mastery, increasing their power and essentially evolving the said ability. This has the chance of discovering new abilities and capabilities of said abilities at higher ranks.
Ability Ranks from lowest to highest are~ F- — SSS+.
To break the SSS+ barrier is close to impossible but the system implores the user to try anyway.

" Motherfucker...." Ezekiel muttered, his brain processing the information and understanding it in a moment.
He scrutinized the text and frowned, the only thought in his brain being.
' Did my system get a fucking A.I or something?' He thought, not really knowing whether he should be happy for the useful information he was obtaining or be worried that it could possibly turn on him now that it had a conscious of itself in a way.
