It was a simple sound before everything shifted for Arthur and everyone around him. Out of nowhere, an immense amount of energy exploded from the young boy's body, sending large ripples in the air that pushed all the monsters away from him.
The ripples were so strong that the wind picked up pace as it started whistling loudly and the temperature of the area became even hotter as the ice melted around him.
All the fighting stopped as the monsters and humans stared in one direction, feeling a horrifying level of mana assaulting their bodies like needles.
"What the hell… Is going on?" Staring at Arthur, all they could see was a thick, red aura, visible to the naked eye, forming around his body. It wrapped around him, almost as if it was trying to squeeze him to death and yet it didn't seem like it was harming him.
Then, they saw Arthur's body changing color to a deep red, with his veins becoming even more visible, coursing through his body up to his eyes.
