Chapter 7 - Raj Manohar Meeting Bantu For The First Time

With a smirk he moved towards the exit of the airport where he found his father and mother waiting for him to bring him back to their home.

Picking up all of his things Raj moved towards his parents and when he came closer to his parents Raj clearly saw the happiness and joy on the face of his mother Yasoda but on the other hand he saw the forced smile on the face of his father.

After seeing that forced smile Raj understood that how much of disappointment his father feels about him.

But this new Raj remained completely unfazed by this disappointed look hiding beneath the smile of his father because everything is about to change.

Reaching right before them Raj immediately touched the feet of his parents which earned him the blessings from his parents.

After that he stood up straight facing his parents and then he hugged both of his parents and came out with them.

But while Raj got up after touching the feet of Yasoda, Raj saw a pink color heart floating above the head of Yasoda that confused him. But he dismissed that matter for the time being as he wanted to reach at his house quickly to meet someone.

Putting his luggage inside the car Raj sat down in one of the two cars that were there for him and then the three of them went straight towards their house which is named, "Vaikunthapurram."

Meanwhile at the city bus depot a young man wearing a brown color t shirt and black pant is waiting for a bus to arrive.

And after a few seconds his wait was over when a bus arrived at the depot and from the bus the young man got somethings which is mostly pickles that his grandmother has sent.

After getting the things the young man took an auto rickshaw and was going towards his home when he got a call from the person who has never given any ray of happiness or joy.

Valmiki: "Hey where are you ?"

Bantu: "I had come to pick up the pickles and other things that grandmother had sent. Now I am going home."

Valmiki: "Drop of those things and bring a pumpkin to the house of my employer."

Bantu: "What pumpkin ? From where I will get a pumpkin now ?"

Valmiki: "That's not my look out for. Bring it to me immediately."

Sighing Bantu cut the call and told the auto rickshaw driver to take an u turn which the driver did and after that he told the driver to took him to a vegetables shop.

Reaching at the shop Bantu checked some pumpkins and from those he picked up one pumpkin and then he once again sat down in the auto rickshaw and gave the address of the house of his father's employer.

After some minutes of drive Bantu reached before a white colored big house the beauty of which mesmerized Bantu very much.

Standing before the house and looking at it Bantu felt that there might be something or some kind of connection between him and that house.

And for those who don't know Bantu is the real heir or owner of the house named Vaikunthapurram before which he is standing right now.

Soon a crippled man whose one leg is completely paralyzed came closer to him saying, "Hey what did it took so late for you to bring this pumpkin ?"

Bantu: "I was going in the opposite direction from where I had to take an u turn and come here."

Still showing some dissatisfaction on his face Valmiki took the pumpkin from Bantu and even after giving the pumpkin Bantu continued to stare at the house.

Meanwhile Raj and his parents are just a few meters away from his house and after checking the distance Raj knew who will present before his house.

Yes he knew that Bantu the real hero of the movie and the real son of Ramachandra and Yasoda will be present before his house and after just three seconds of drive he saw Bantu whom he wanted to meet.

So he immediately told the driver to stop the car which the driver did but this act of his puzzled both Ramachandra and Yasoda.

Ramachandra: "What happened Raj ? Why did you stopped the car here ?"

Yasoda: "Yes Raj what happened ?"

With a smile of his face Raj who was sitting on the front seat right next to the drive turned his face towards his parents and told them, "Mom, Dad. In the last few months so much things have happened in my life that made me think about some many things about my life. And the first thing that I want to do right now is take a walk with both of you to our house. I know it might sound superficial or vague but it is truly my wish to take this walk both of you to our house. I want to feel and realize the reality that has been kept away from me under the cover of the wealth that you both possess."

The words of Raj shocked Ramachandra who couldn't believe that his son who has never set his foot on the sand and mud suddenly wants to walk with him and his wife to their house.

And on the other hand Yasoda became worried about her son but the face of Raj that has this truth and honesty they both agreed to his words.

With pure happiness Raj got down from his car and then he opened the door for his father and mother to get down from the car.

And after that he crossed his arms around the arms of both of his parents and with a smile he began to walk towards his house and with him his parents started walk as well.

Walking towards their house Ramachandra looked at his son and thought that his son have changed but more than that he remembered the time when he used to play and walk with his son when Raj was just a small kid.

Back at the Valmiki and Bantu, Valmiki saw Bantu keep staring at the house and even taking a step towards the house so he immediately came before him to stop him from moving forward.

"Relax. Relax." Using his hands and words Bantu told Valmiki to calm down as he has no intention of entering inside the house.

After seeing that Valmiki to a sigh of relief but then Bantu asked the puzzling question that has always stayed in his mind.

Bantu: "I have observed this my from childhood, you never let me step inside this house. Why ?"

Valmiki with a smile on his face said, "This is the abode of the God where you should never enter."

Raj: "If it's the abode of the God then why can't he enter inside it ?"

At that moment Raj, Ramachandra and Yasoda reached right in front of the house and have heard this conversation between Valmiki and Bantu.

Valmiki became very happy seeing his real son Raj standing before him and by now Bantu have also turned towards Raj and his parents(his = real parents of Bantu.)

Raj: "Tell me uncle. Why can't he enter inside our house ?"

Valmiki was completely speechless after getting this sudden question from Raj.

Raj: "You said this house of ours is the abode of the God. And if I am correct then God has never forbade anyone from entering inside his abode. You metamorphically compared our house to the abode of the God. Then he should enter inside our house. Am I right dad ? Mom ?"

Ramachandra: "You are absolutely correct Raj."

Yasoda: "Valmiki who is this boy ?"

Valmiki with a very heavy heart introduced Bantu as his son and after hearing that Raj immediately extended his hand towards Bantu and said, "Hi I am Raj. Nice to meet you."

Seeing that Bantu immediately extended his hand as well and both of them shaked their hands while Bantu introduced himself as well, "Hi I am Bantu. The son of Valmiki. Nice to meet you too."

This encounter between both of them which was originally not in the movie marked the beginning of the changes that are about happen.
