Both Arin and Leon walked out of the lady's office with slight frowns on their faces.
Though they had successfully avoided being expelled, the threat was still there.
And the craziest thing was that their so-called offense didn't even require such harsh punishment, but there was nothing they could do about it.
As they exited the building, they both discussed.
"What do you think?" Leon asked.
"Hm, there's a lot of strange things in this," Arin said. "I don't believe that she calling both of us at the same time was a coincidence."
"I agree," Leon said. "Moreover, we're the only ones with hidden Energies, so I don't think calling both of us at the same time was a coincidence."
Leon looked around as if checking if anyone was watching them before leaning towards Arin and whispering, "Do you think she knows that you're a Vampire and I'm a Shadow?"
Arin closed his eyes for a second. "Who knows?"
His response was short, but he was also wondering the same thing.
