Xing Ling was stunned by the suppressed, deep voice of Ye Sihan.
After collecting herself, she pulled away his hand from her waist, "It's none of your business." Having said that, she turned and headed for the bathroom.
No sooner had she closed the door than she sneezed, causing her face to stiffen a bit.
She couldn't really have caught a cold, could she?
Getting sick as soon as she arrived would be such a letdown.
And if it got serious, she would have to see a doctor.
Then she would have a big problem.
"Take a bath," Ye Sihan said with a heavy voice from behind the bathroom door.
Xing Ling didn't want to listen to him, but what he said made sense.
So, she filled the bathtub with water and soaked in it, instantly enveloped by warmth, which felt comforting.
"Ten minutes," Ye Sihan said again from outside.
Xing Ling even suspected that Ye Sihan was eavesdropping by the door.
Out of her sight, but constantly paying attention to every noise from inside.
