I AM DESPERATE!
*****
Although Noah's sharp claws could grip the opponent, they couldn't pierce the surface of the tentacles. His sharp teeth could cause some damage, but the giant octopus cleverly avoided Noah's bloody maw, instead slowly coiling around his neck as if intending to strangle him.
Each of its tentacles was covered in countless suction cups, making it difficult to break free once ensnared.
Meanwhile, the surrounding aquatic creatures gradually closed in, and the triton mages began preparing spells to slowly wear Noah down.
Gradually, countless small wounds appeared on Noah's body, and blood began to flow.
"Master, I can't beat them!"
Noah said in a low voice. He knew that the master would be able to discover the current situation.
"Don't resist yet. Let me try!" The master's voice sounded deep in the Dragon Turtle's mind.
Then, the Dragon Turtle Noah felt that his body seemed a little out of control.
"Don't be nervous, I'm controlling your body!" Noah, the Dragon Turtle, slowly calmed down after the lord spoke.
I found this feeling very special—just like playing games in my previous life. The body of the Dragon Turtle was the game character I controlled.
I swung the sharp claws, controlling the Dragon Turtle to attack the arms and legs on the neck. There seemed to be a black substance fluctuating at the end of the claws, and the giant octopus's arms and legs, which had been extremely strong just now, were cut off directly.
This is my Armor Shredder talent!
I looked at the sharp claws of the Dragon Turtle with some surprise. Although the Twisted Seed evolved and sent information that I could control the possessed creatures, I hadn't expected that abilities could also be used.
But after taking a closer look, it seemed that I could only use the two abilities—Armor Shredder and Meat Eater.
No other talent could be used.
I felt that I was too greedy; this was already very powerful. Putting the Armor Shredder and Meat Eater talents on any creature would be extremely powerful.
It's just that I am too powerful, overshadowing the light of these two talents.
I was just thinking about using the reincarnation space card bug to enable space teleportation or collect materials.
After the arms and legs of the giant octopus were severed, this creature lost its threat to the Dragon Turtle.
But just as I was about to kill these guys in one go, a more terrifying figure appeared in the castle!
A huge creature suddenly appeared beside the Dragon Turtle, with a massive chain wrapped around its body.
Then, a lightning arrow shot out from the front of its body.
The lightning arrow directly hit one side of the Dragon Turtle's cheek. The scales on the surface of the Dragon Turtle's cheek sliced up. It looked like the damage was not serious, but the entire body of the Dragon Turtle was paralyzed.
However, the Dragon Turtle was huge, and the paralysis effect soon faded away.
Only then did I look at the creature in front of me from the Dragon Turtle's perspective.
This was a creature similar to a manta ray in the ocean in my previous life, but this manta ray had obviously been transformed, its body surface flashing with a metallic luster.
Red light appeared in both eyes, staring fiercely at the Dragon Turtle, Noah.
"Avenger!"
The information about this creature emerged in my inherited memory.
In fact, even in the Water Elemental Plane, information about the Avenger was unclear.
Most creatures only knew that this thing was some kind of powerful construct, but when this thing appeared in the Water Elemental Plane, or who made it, remained a mystery.
Few creatures could drive this creature, as they were savage and violent by nature and would never give up.
If an Avenger was killed, then the Avengers in that area would gather together to retaliate against the other party, which was why it was called the Avenger.
In the Water Elemental Plane, no one was willing to provoke it, because this creature had no value, could not be controlled, and could not be studied…
"Avenger! Kill it for me. His Highness Namor will definitely reward you," the fish-man wizard said excitedly.
But this Avenger just glanced at the other party, and then several lightning beams were instantly fired from its body.
Crackling ~
Suddenly, countless shark-like fishmen and triton fishmen on the sea surface were killed or injured.
"You…" Just as the fish-man wizard wanted to say something, the Avenger directly smashed him with its tail.
"Leave here!"
I controlled Noah's body and turned around, swimming away quickly.
"Master, we should be able to beat it…" Noah stopped talking before he finished his sentence.
Because behind him, a group of creatures appeared in black.
Looking carefully, they were all Avengers, their shining eyes clearly visible from afar.
After the initial contact with the Avenger, I noticed that this guy's abilities included short-distance space teleportation and lightning beams. However, it seemed that it could not teleport continuously, and the distance was very short. It never used teleportation again after the first time.
The lightning beams were released unscrupulously.
The battle between the Dragon Turtle Noah and it should have been 60-40, but that was assuming there was only one…
The Dragon Turtle Noah looked back and saw that the slaughter of the Avengers was nearing its end, and even the silver shell-shaped castle was overturned.
The giant octopus was also torn into pieces by these guys.
Because Noah escaped in time, the Avengers didn't seem very interested in a Dragon Turtle, so Noah got out safely.
—
I took my consciousness back from Noah.
I began to think that the Avenger had likely been captured by Namor in some way at the beginning, and its connection with other Avengers had been interfered with.
But after Namor was swallowed by me, the magic chain became unstable. The battle between the Dragon Turtle Noah and the giant octopus had awakened it, but the fishmen didn't seem to understand the situation.
They deserved to die.
I came to the side of the space channel, and the Dragon Turtle Noah also swam out of it.
"Lord!"
The Dragon Turtle Noah looked at my body, his pupils shrinking slightly before returning to normal.
But he was more convinced than ever—this was no ordinary black dragon!
I looked at the space channel in front of me and began to use the magic power in my body to construct a spell model.
Suddenly, the surrounding space fluctuated.
Then, a bubble-like object began to cover the space channel, and after a while, it disappeared from sight.
This was just a simple water magic that could hide objects within a certain range. Then, I went to the other side of the space channel and cast the same magic to hide it.
I did not want to give up this space channel. After all, the resources of the Water Elemental Plane were too rich. When I became stronger in the future, I could go there from time to time to search and plunder.
There were countless material planes in the Star Multiverse, but there was only one Elemental Plane of Water in the entire vast Astral Realm!
"Now it depends on you to continue guarding this space channel!" I said to Noah in front of me.
"Don't worry, Lord Barbatos! I will definitely take good care of it."
Noah liked this kind of mission very much. After all, his personality preferred quiet over movement.
It was good to stay in one place all the time.
Seeing this, I did not stay for too long but flew out directly from the bottom of the sea.
Puff ~
My huge figure broke through the water directly, and the Wyvern King, Drogon, in the sky in the distance also flew toward me, seeming extremely excited!
"Recently, you should continue to cooperate with the Sunset Forest to expand the territory of the Larkana Mountains!" I put the new Twisted Seed into Drogon's body.
Drogon suddenly felt that the familiar sensation in his body had returned, and his body had started to evolve slowly again.
Roar, roar ~
The Wyvern King excitedly flew a few circles around me before reluctantly continuing toward the depths of the Larkana Mountains. There, a group of birds resided, and he had been attacking that tribe before I temporarily summoned him.
Then, the other Wyverns also flew over and followed the Wyvern King away from here.
I watched the Wyverns fly away, full of expectations for future development.
This method of developing in multiple places was very suitable for me. At the very least, there was no shortage of ingredients needed for the feast. I could go to wherever the ingredients were to build the feast.

Underdark, Charles City.
At this moment, the drow gathered together, and Elise tapped the table with her hand.
"Mistress Elise, those Kuo-Toa murlocs are just like lunatics. They attack us as soon as they see us, and there is no way to communicate with them at all!"
A drow elf spoke, a little irritated.
"Can we kill those guys with our current strength?" Maya asked, looking at the few drow present.
"It's very likely that we can't do it because those Kuo-Toa murlocs have only shown part of their strength. There are a lot of them, and there are many Kuo-Toa motivators. Besides, we drow are not good at underwater combat!" Yili stood up and said.
She hadn't expected that, without the barrier of Death Canyon, the surrounding areas could be explored in the future, but she also hadn't expected to fall into a passive position at the very beginning.
After this period of observation, Elise had come to understand that the black dragon could not be judged by common sense at all.
If she betrayed him, the price would be quite heavy, and there was always a voice in her heart telling her not to betray him.
Since she would be under the black dragon's rule for the foreseeable future, she had to find a way to increase her rights and interests, and expanding the original resources was the best choice.
That way, even if the black dragon took a significant percentage, the remaining portion, however small, would still be more than what they originally had.
The place where these drow elves were gathered was actually far from the true depths of the Underdark—it was merely the edge.
But the tricky thing was that if one wanted to venture deeper into the Underdark, one had to pass through the massive underground dark sea.
However, the dark sea was teeming with Kuo-Toa murlocs, and these lunatic creatures with low intelligence blocked their path.
If they couldn't defeat them, they couldn't pass. Things had reached a deadlock. It would be great if the black dragon were here...
Elise sighed involuntarily.
---
Unconsciously, I had already reached the sky above the Schillminster Forest. Unlike last time, I did not restrain my dragon's might this time.
The roars and cries of the monsters in the forest came one after another.
"Roar~"
I roared toward the forest below. Although I did not intentionally activate the Wild Scream skill, my dragon roar still had a deterrent effect.
The monsters below felt the threat and fled into the distance, and some weaker ones were even scared out of their wits.
From a distance, the fleeing monsters looked like a black wave sweeping through the forest...
Only then did I slowly fly toward the entrance of the Underdark Region.
Just as I arrived at the entrance of the cave, Pear, who had been waiting for a long time, rushed out like a husky.
Upon seeing me, Pear roared a few times excitedly, then pointed toward the depths of the cave with a proud expression.
"Fine, fine, I know you dug a big maze. You can go and play by yourself later!"
Through telepathy, I understood that this guy wanted to invite me to see the maze he had created using earth magic.
I stretched out my paw and patted Pear's head.
The Earth Splitter stuck out its tongue foolishly and barked at me a few times.
"You mean an unknown creature came here to investigate recently?" I understood what Pear was trying to convey.
"Yes... they were all big... creatures," Pear added.
He had always obeyed my orders—as long as the enemy did not enter the depths of the cave, he would ignore them.
"Big? Was it a giant?"
The red light in my eyes flashed. I ordered the Earth Splitter to continue guarding the place, then flew directly to Charles City.

In Death Canyon, Arthas's body loomed within the black mist, the blue soul flames in his eyes burning intensely. He looked up at the sky above Death Canyon, performed a knight's salute, and then returned to his throne.
I was a little surprised by Arthas's state. This guy seemed much stronger, having reached Pseudo Legendary power, and the number of undead creatures around him had also increased significantly.
However, I did not land in Death Canyon. Instead, I continued on my way to Charles City.
When my massive body descended over Charles City, the drow elves below erupted into a commotion.
"Lord Barbatos!"
"Lord Barbatos is back!"
At that moment, Elise and the others, who were in the palace, immediately came outside.
I folded my wings and landed in the square in front of the palace.
Shea ran up first, both of her rabbit ears standing straight up.
"My Lord!"
Elise and the others did not dare to be as bold as Shea. Feeling the immense pressure radiating from the black dragon before them, they felt deeply uncomfortable.
They could only kneel on the ground, not even daring to lift their heads.
I picked up Shea in my paw and then walked into the palace.
This underground palace was quite large, and when it was constructed, future spatial requirements had been taken into account. Even with my body length of 73 meters, I could enter without any difficulty.
"How has the resource collection been progressing during this time?" I lay down on the enormous throne and looked at the drow elves below.
"Master, we have been actively exploring the surrounding areas, but a vast underground dark sea is blocking our progress. There are Kuo-Toa fishmen living in it..." Elise and Maya began explaining the situation.
The Underdark was vast, and the region where my drow resided was actually quite remote in the underground world.
It was on the fringes, and if I wanted to venture deeper into the Underdark, I would have to cross this enormous dark sea.
The underground world was similar to the surface, containing its own version of an ocean.
From my inherited memories, I had some knowledge about the Kuo-Toa murlocs.
Kuo-Toa murlocs and drow elves were mortal enemies, much like the relationship between dragons and giants—the two races could never coexist peacefully and would attack each other on sight.
Creatures like the Kuo-Toa murlocs were very simple-minded. Generally speaking, they had no intelligence to speak of.
During the era of the ancient Illithid Empire, the Kuo-Toa murlocs, like many other species, were controlled and enslaved by the Mind Flayers.
These creatures once thrived along the shores and islands of the surface world, but after the fall of the Illithid Empire, they were abandoned by their masters.
Humans and other surface-dwelling races drove the Kuo-Toa fishmen underground, forcing them into exile. Since then, these creatures have lived in madness and darkness for generations, never again seeing the sun.
But survival in the Underdark was not easy. In the past, the drow were among the most powerful forces in this subterranean world.
They would not tolerate their territory being invaded, so they waged war against the Kuo-Toa murlocs. The murlocs, inferior in strength, suffered heavy casualties.
As a result, the Kuo-Toa fell completely into madness under prolonged mental oppression.
Since it was nearly impossible to restore a mind that had been controlled by the Mind Flayers, and with the constant attacks from other species, the Kuo-Toa had no choice but to embrace religious fanaticism.
The Kuo-Toa, once a thriving and intelligent race, had long suffered under the tyranny of the Mind Flayers and other dominant races. Their wills were shattered, their minds twisted beyond repair. Stripped of their former reasoning and autonomy, they desperately clung to anything that could anchor their broken psyches.
In their desperation, they turned to religious fanaticism, their fractured consciousnesses relying on belief as their only refuge.
Unlike other races that receive divine guidance through centuries of tradition, sacred revelations, divine texts, or other mediums, the Kuo-Toa are unique in their ability to create gods from nothing—not through divine intervention, but through sheer, delusional belief.
Their faith is not one of visions or ancient texts but a raw, primal force born out of necessity and madness.
