On stage, Tilan hugged the spirit-dazed and pale-faced Shui Yanqing with one arm, as the crystalline barrier in front of them blocked numerous incoming bullets. Then, she turned and leaped over the heads of the crowd, flying directly to the side balcony on the third floor of the auditorium.
Since today was the grand opening ceremony, only the seats on the ground floor of the large hall were made available, and the balconies above and to the side were not open to the public, so there weren't many people around there.
"Over there!"
Someone pointed at the two people who had vanished suddenly and then reappeared, and then a few more shots rang out, striking the walls to the side, causing many of the guests below who had not yet been evacuated to panic and scream.
Stepping on the wall, Tilan moved with Shui Yanqing to the balcony on the third floor opposite the stage, which was usually reserved for VIP seating, featuring some space to avoid direct gunfire from below.
