At that moment, a flash of light illuminated the room, and it was Ram who appeared at Sebastian's side using a Portable Chronoshift Device.

"Master Sebastian, we have envoys," Ram said respectfully.

"Bring them forward," Sebastian replied.

There could be only one reason for them to send envoys at this point: the Baharuth Empire and the Slane Theocracy had already taken action.

"As ordered." Ram bowed, then activated the Portable Chronoshift Device. He disappeared and reappeared in front of Sebastian three seconds later.

A short man also appeared beside Ram. It was Zanac, the second prince.

At that moment, he was still in shock. Although he had already witnessed the technology before, experiencing teleportation again left him feeling somewhat disturbed, fearing that his body might be torn apart during the process.

"It turns out to be Your Royal Highness. May I ask why you condescended to visit us?" Sebastian asked with a smile.

"We... we have just received communications from the Baharuth Empire and the Slane Theocracy," Zanac said, his voice trembling. "The two governments want to join forces to attack us."

In the past, the kingdom had already faced considerable difficulties during wars and had to deploy twice as many troops as its opponents to maintain a balance of power. This had caused severe economic damage to the kingdom after each conflict, but at least none of those wars had led to substantial results.

However, this time was different. The Baharuth Empire had the support of the Slane Theocracy. The Slane Theocracy could be said to be the human nation with the strongest military capabilities; even facing the Theocracy alone, victory would be difficult, let alone contending with a joint assault from two nations. If war broke out, defeat would be inevitable. The only way to secure a win would be to seek assistance from the G.D.I. and enlist their help; only then could they hope to contend with the other two.

"So, I came here to ask you, Sir Sebastian, and by extension, the G.D.I. for help," Zanac said.

"I see." A smile appeared on Sebastian's face. "Then let's return to the palace and discuss this."

In the Palace of Re-Estize Kingdom.

At that time, the dignitaries in the palace were panicked. They had just received a joint declaration of war and were discussing how to respond.

"Why has the Baharuth Empire allied with the Slane Theocracy?"

"It's already difficult to contend with the Baharuth Empire, and now we have to face the Slane Theocracy as well..."

"What should we do?"

"We can't defeat them... Let's surrender..."

"If we do that, the cost will be too high..."

The foundation of the kingdom was already very fragile, and many were contemplating surrender before the fighting had even begun. Many of them did not care about the outcome of the war; they were merely concerned that fighting would incur significant costs for them. In times of war, all nobles were required to contribute funds.

At that moment, the king sat slumped on the throne; his already-aged face seemed to have deepened with the weight of time, and the wrinkles on his forehead had become more pronounced. His thoughts were chaotic, and he couldn't focus. This was one of the most critical moments in the kingdom's history. He could only pray that his second son could successfully persuade Sebastian to allow the G.D.I. to come to their aid.

Just then, Zanac brought Sebastian into the palace. All the palace attendants cast hopeful glances at Sebastian as if he were their only savior.

"Sir Sebastian!" Even the king stood up at Sebastian's arrival, his eyes full of expectation. "I look forward to your guidance!"

"I've already heard about the Baharuth Empire and the Slane Theocracy," Sebastian said with a smile, squinting slightly to observe the king. "I can help your kingdom."

"I can't thank you enough..." But before the king could finish speaking, Sebastian interjected, "Of course, there are conditions."

"Please, go ahead," the king replied nervously.

"I want to increase the size of my territory for national security," Sebastian stated.

He aimed to take this opportunity to further expand his domain, particularly in the area bordering E-Rantel.

"Absurd!" Several officials protested angrily.

However, Sebastian did not show anger but smiled at them. "This is my condition for providing help. If you don't agree, I won't force you."

"Haven't our two governments already established diplomatic relations?" the king asked.

"The establishment of diplomatic relations is only connected to our trade agreement. We have no obligation to assist you in a war," Sebastian said with a smile, narrowing his eyes as he looked at the king. "I won't pressure your country to agree, but I don't want to waste time. If you don't need our help, I will take my leave."

After speaking, Sebastian turned around and prepared to leave. Zanac quickly interjected, "Father, this is a crucial moment that concerns our realm's safety. Without their help, we might..."

Though he didn't finish his sentence, the king clearly understood that without their assistance, the kingdom would face dissolution. He looked at Sebastian and felt as though negotiating with him was akin to a cunning businessman; by agreeing, he had already fallen into an endless trap with no option to withdraw.

"Alright, I swear to you. Those areas will be granted to you." The king resolutely agreed to Sebastian's demand.

And Sebastian ceased his departure.
