It has been three years since the underground Crystal People nest incident, but the citizens who were poisoned by the Crystal Water are still deeply affected. Bubble's parents died from the infection, their life force drained by the water that emitted colorful radiance, and Bubble was sent to the orphanage.
After Xu Yang conducted an investigation, he learned that Bubble was disliked by the other children in the orphanage because of her green hair and green eyes and decided to leave the orphanage to live on her own. However, she needed treatment first, otherwise, she would follow in her parents' footsteps.
After making a doctor's appointment for Bubble, Xu Yang went to sleep.
Xu Cheng whispered with Bubble.
"Will we be good friends?" Bubble asked.
"Quack." Xu Cheng readily agreed.
"Swear never to part, okay?"
"Quack." Xu Cheng agreed again.
"You are so nice; everyone else in the world treats me like a fool." Bubble said.
