Akiyama Saiko opened the apartment door and just as she stepped in, a gun was pointed at her head,
She glanced sideways and saw a woman with short golden hair, green eyes, and a body wrapped in bandages, silently standing in the shadows.
The two made eye contact, silent for a moment, and then spoke simultaneously,
Joan, Saiko,
"Are you his ex-girlfriend?"
Followed by an awkward silence,
Saiko was the first to raise her hands,
"Chill out, sister. I'm from Panlong Construction. The boss sent me to look after you and bring some food and drink."
Joan released the trigger and nodded her thanks.
Saiko placed the shoulder bag she was carrying on the table and glanced at the pins in Joan's leg,
"I think you should be mostly healed by now. That doctor is pretty good, poor materials but skillful hands, leaves no scars."
