The Human Group had only recently arrived in this Plane, and their understanding of the Plane's rules was superficial, or it could be said that they had a grasp on nine out of ten aspects.
Whether it be personal information, tactical level internal affairs and governance, agricultural and industrial production information, or strategic military information for external use, humans are constantly experimenting.
From the information known so far, this world possesses extremely apparent rules; nearly everything can be regulated. Simultaneously, due to this standardization, the gap between individuals has grown immeasurably large.
Although outside of this Plane, in the real world, the disparity between people can sometimes be greater than that between humans and dogs, many people fail to see this because there isn't a numerical rule to display it.
