Ji Yang did not rush to the township; as he traveled, an idea began to take shape—that was to use the film to carry out a comprehensive publicity campaign for the area.
In Ji Yang's view, as long as the film and television sectors lent their support and with a bit of development, many places could actually be turned into tourist sites; what needed to be done was to connect these scattered attractions.
The more Ji Yang thought about it, the more he felt that his idea made some sense.
Of course, he still needed to visit the other two townships to see if he could integrate those townships into a collective development as well.
