Zeno slowly turned and faced Sebastian, his body feeling warm by the gentle way Sebastian held his waist.
He bit his lips and forced away those thoughts for now. He needed to hear what Sebastian had to say. He wanted an explanation about what Ken had said.
"Then talk to me, Sebastian... I'm listening," Zeno replied quietly.
Sebastian took a quiet breath and stood from the bed, shocking Zeno by kneeling in front of him, moving in between his legs, and holding Zeno's hand.
"What are you doing?" Zeno frowned, trying to take his hand away from Sebastian.
"Don't, please; I just want to look at you properly while we are tall. Kneeling is part of my apology to you; nothing I do is going to cut it, so let me try; just let me hold you; it makes me believe that you're with me, please?" He held Zeno's hand tighter; he'd feel empty if he let it go.
Zeno watched Sebastian's face; he looked tired, too, exhausted. Does it mean he was actually suffering as he was too?
