Back in World City, Leng Zimo personally got out of the car to buy the best pregnancy test from a 24-hour pharmacy just outside of World City.
Once they were home, the first thing the two of them did was head straight for the bathroom.
Looking at Leng Zimo waiting in the bathroom with an expectant look on his face, Luo Xiaoqian blushed and frowned, "Why aren't you going out?"
"Waiting for you," Leng Zimo said naturally. Noticing her flushed cheeks, he realized, "Alright, I'll wait outside and check what's in the fridge to make you some supper."
Less than a minute later, the bathroom door was knocked on by Leng Zimo again.
"Is it ready?"
"Not yet."
He turned and left, only to return a moment later.
This time, Luo Xiaoqian opened the door herself.
"So?" asked Leng Zimo immediately.
"That..."
"What is it already?" Leng Zimo asked impatiently.
Normally unflappable in business, he couldn't help feeling anxious this time.
