The rank of Dream Power is extremely high, at least from Sterl's current perspective. Even the Divine Power and Law of mighty gods are not as powerful as an equal amount of Dream Power.
This power, just in terms of transforming the illusory into the real, is enough to prove its strength. If there were an infinite amount of Dream Power, it might even materialize various long-lost void treasures. If that were the case, he would never have to worry about resources again.
And this is just one of the effects of Dream Power.
As for the other effects, Sterl only has a vague understanding. After all, he is only barely able to use Dream Power through his Illusory Dream, and he is still far from truly mastering it.
He vaguely senses that Dream Power should have an unparalleled status within Dreamland, possibly even being the core and foundation of the entire world.
This makes it far more difficult for him to obtain and master Dream Power.
