But then, the next morning, after a hearty breakfast meal and inside the inn, just as Russell and his group were about to pack up and continue their long trip to the Yanabara Islands, a voice called to Russell directly, "Hey, Russell-kun!" Upon hearing that, Russell and his friends turned to their right, only for them to be surprised to see that Frannie, accompanied by Aren, was the one who said that. But remembering what Frannie did to him before, Russell got scared and shivered down his spine. Azalea, Adrian, Nathan, as well as Caspian, Sylas, and Kelly, then turned on their defences for Russell just in case Frannie would do something harmful to him. Seeing that, Aren reprimanded Frannie for scaring Russell out, causing Frannie to be embarrassed and apologize to him and Russell and his friends.
"Thanks, Aren-san," Russell said to Aren with relief.
"Yes, you're welcome," replied Aren with a smile.
But then, when Azalea, Rai, Ria, and Jaria were being soft and lovey-dovey to Russell, Frannie's jealousy went up and was about to use her Sword Summon ability on them when Aren struck her on the back of her head to prevent her from harming the girls or Russell. "Stop that!" Aren said to her like a strict parent, with a scolding tone in his voice. Feeling the pain, Frannie had no choice to comply and stop what she was about to do.
With that, Aren apologized to Russell and his friends on Frannie's behalf.
"Um, that's okay," Russell responded back with assurance while trying to keep the atmosphere as calm as possible.
Azalea then nodded at Aren to support Russell's statement.
Aren was happy about that and then asked if they would allow him and Frannie to join in their trip. "Oh, sure, why?" Russell asked him back with semi-confusion. "Because we wanted to take a break from our royal responsibilities for a while," replied Aren back. So, where you guys will go currently?"
"We will go to the Yanabara Islands for a vacation," Adrian responded back positively. "It is a group of islands with sandy beaches and tropical environment and culture."
"Oh, that? That was a very nice place, almost like a paradise."
"Yes," replied Caspian nicely. "You can come with us if you want."
"Yes," Russell added positively. "We're using my bus for private use for this vacation."
Because of that, Aren and Frannie were happy to hear that and accepted it. Frannie was excited, but her inner self was still jealous of Azalea and the other female friends of Russell. But she couldn't just attack them in the open because Aren was there. Despite not being related by blood, because of their family lineage, Aren was older than her, and he was responsible for Frannie's well-being and making sure that she wouldn't cause trouble to anyone.
So, Aren and Frannie joined Russell's group and hopped into his bus before all of them left the place and continued their journey to the port of Blareween, Karala Jungle Federation.
