I saw as Davian very confidently walked up and signed up for the sword fighting competition. Rune still hadn't noticed him as he was looking back at Celestia. I pulled the hood over my head a bit more down as he walked over to Celestia.
"I'll get you that hairpin, My Lady." He said with a smile.
"T-There really isn't any need to, Your Highness. What if someone noticed that it's you? They all have seen you at the parade." She spoke.
"It's fine, My Lady. Nobody will recognise me." Rune said as he pushed his hood back revealing the deep brown hair and he pulled his scarf up to cover the lower half of his handsome face.
"See?" He spoke with the skin near his eyes crinkling as he smiled.
