According to them, Silas's so-called arguments with Alys were less about actual disputes and more of a bizarre courtship ritual. Apparently, after every heated exchange, Silas would linger just a bit longer, his words becoming softer, his gaze lingering a little too much, only to stomp out at the last moment as if fleeing from his own emotions.
