Stretching his stiff neck, Darwin felt a tinge of anticipation of what's coming.
The intensity of the cheers and calling out Darwin, the sole participant caused him to feel utterly satisfied. It's the feeling of an attention seeker basking in the light of their fame.
But, he felt dissatisfied with the Reishi Blood Betting Board.
Open and clear, situating itself high up in the middle of the arena, a holographic screen broadcasts 1.93x - 1.01x not in his favour.
Laughing boisterously, one of the participants aiming to kill Darwin had an impressive physique for a scrawny Hollow resembling goblin features. Scraping their knife across the rough sand, he said with a low chuckle, "How unfortunate for you to be standing here…all…alone…"
Another participant, a hunched over, black humanoid Adjucha scratching themself, feeling a new high.
The third one, a unique Gillian, still maintaining the same pointed Hollow Mask. But, their body was that of a green tortoise, they let out a deep and deafening war cry.
And lastly, a familiar, gigantic humanoid beast, exuding immeasurable amounts of bloodlust, causing the atmosphere to shiver, the air feeling thin and the spectators gasp in shock.
A VIP, standing tall, they shout with disbelief, "That Adjucha isn't apart of Los Multiladores!"
The Host, an average bat winged, humanoid Adjuchas couldn't believe what he had heard.
"WHAT?! Did you hear that! There is a—Collaboration Team Combo!"
Reeling in the hype of the joyful event, everybody in the audience cheered even louder than before.
'Collaboration Team Combo? On top of that, that gigantic Adjucha, isn't that Gorr?!'
Analysing his enemies and his whereabouts, he felt an intense urge for revenge.
Darwin was experiencing many mixed feelings—fear, envy, joy, exhilaration, all felt at the same time.
'I can't believe it was so soon!' But there was one that stood above all, it was his love for battle.
A burst of Reiatsu roaringly targets Gorr who had the same inkling of a suspicion of who the other individual was.
Gorr felt extremely satisfied to see someone he had hoped to meet.
He strides and grips onto the scrawny Hollow's head.
"I do not wish to fight in these circumstances."
Squashing the head into a pulp, sending a strong kick, flinging the body to the caged walls behind Darwin all with a crazed smile.
Knowingly, he had the attention of everyone especially the other two teammates.
He released an even greater amount of Reiatsu, putting an immense pressure upon both the spectators and the allied contestants who had extreme animosity towards him.
Standing proud but with subtle twitches, the black humanoid Adjucha glares at Gorr on a blaze.
"You know who you just killed?!"
Gorr looking down at him and replied in a icy tone, "Should I care?"
With no hesitation, a white cero blasts from the tip of black humanoid Adjucha's mouth, targetting Gorr's gigantic figure.
Shielding his body with his reflecting diamond arms, the missle deflects on an angle towards the outside stadium.
Just as it was about to unwarrantedly land at the stands, a darken rift appeared directly in front of it, swallowing it whole until its very existence dissipated.
Watching from a far, Darwin feels a distinct Reishi manipulation method similar to the rift he had walked across in midst of getting here.
The bonds between the Reishi particles crackle with intense voltage. This creates a container in which causes Reishi within it to break down.
'So there are two methods to this thus far.'
Sittingcross legged, Darwin affirms his position of peace with his relaxed stance.

A battle had arised from the abrupt betrayal. Black Adjucha gracefully dodges with his slick physique from Gorr's destructive fists.
The sand below quakes, with each hit missing the target of aggression, the ground beneath sunders, and rises up like an updraft and then sprinkles down.
It's a fight that looked one sided. But Darwin observing the fight knew Gorr wasn't the one to be messed with.
Within the audience, some had increasing anxiety for their impending lost of Reishi. Others cheered on and enjoyed what seems to be the tables turning with the hopes at striking rich with power.
The unique Gillian charged a massive, destructive cero towards Darwin who was currently unfazed.
Darwin with his eyes still fixated on the fight between Gorr and the Black Adjucha, he lifts his left index finger, swirling a smidgen of his acid.
Rather than leaving it big, he chose to mold and shape the of the acid into a condensed spear, sharp and excels at penetration. Using the principle of elasticity, he used a spring to enhance the speed and power of which it would hit the center of the incoming cero.
A flying dart in a form of a green spear launched at the cero meeting it half way. As it intersected, the air felt extremely heavy surrounding the center.
Feeling the weight of power radiating from the spear, the Gillian braced itself by turning around.
'Let's see what your shell can do against the acid spear.'
With its shell facing toward spear, the unique Gillian put full faith and trust on his impenetrable, immovable shell.
A loud and telling clang could be heard from the impact.
Then the spear dissipates into nothingness leaving behind a scratch on its crystalline-like, black shell.
'Unbelievable!'
He expected more than a scratch—he expected it to pierce deep.
But reality shattered that expectation.
Darwin narrowed his eyes. A scratch. Not enough. That shell was something else—on par with Muro De Regla. He needed to know more.
'This is the highest level of defense I have seen besides Muro De Regla!'
Darwin was perplexed but it was with intrigue. He wanted to inspect what was happening behind this black shell filled with mysteries.
"Incredible! As expected of the Invincible Shell, a shell as strong as its name. But, without going all out, will the unknown contestant be able to defeat him?!"
"How will Lucaca Muzi deal with his bloodthirsty traitor?! Oh, the twist!"
