On a rainy night in new york city a man was walking down the sidewalk covered in a raincloak as he walked he heard a faint cry down an alley he decided to investigate.
what he saw froze his blood, it was a rather large man holding a woman at knife point and clutching at her clothes he was attempting to rape her... the man in the raincloak decided to intervene grabbing a destitute pipe leaning against the alley wall he grabbed it and swung bashing the large man over the head dazing him and while he was distracted the raincloaked man shouted for the woman to run which she did. as he was walking out of the alley after her he felt a sharp pain in his side swinging around he spotted the large man with the knife which was now dripping with his blood.
the raincloaked man was stunned any normal man would be out like a light with the blow he made but the large man must have been made of sterner stuff. before he could turn around and make a run for it he was caught again with the knife. this time he was stabbed in the heart as he fell from the blow he heard "serves ya right ye git! how dare ye mess wit me fun!" before he could say anything he was stabbed again this time it was instantly lethal as he had the knife burried to the hilt in his head reaching his brain and killing him.
The large man happy with his revenge walked out into the street looking for more prey only to instantly get hit by truck-kun who was mad he didn't get to isekai the protagonist so he isekaied the large man into warhammer as nothing more then cannon fodder.

In a void both somewhere and nowhere the raincloaked man woke up greeted by a R.O.B. (random omnipresent being).
ROB: "greetings... you were meant to have the truck-kun express but we both know how that turned out right?" the orb presenting the raincloaked man's soul seemingly nodded.
"well you still get your isekai but thanks to your last minute heroism you get three wishes the first one regards your quirk and the other two are up to you."
the orb seemingly stilled thinking before replying "i want a quirk the fuses the abilities of these four krytononians from dc... Golden superman,silver superman,thinker superman, and doomsday but without doomsdays's appearance
"for my second wish i want accelerated learning and ability so i can learn or do anything"
"and my third wish is to be able to use ki and chakra as well as everyone from dragon ball and naruto and the ability to teach others how to use them."
the rob replied "sure but there will be certain changes to make the world more interesting... anything else?"
the orb replied "make my quirk unstealable and uncopiable" "Okay good luck and goodbye"

in a hospital somewhere in japan (in the year izuku and the rest of class 1-a was born) on nov 10th in a delivery room a raven haired woman was giving birth she was 24 with blue eyes and long silky hair, there was no father present in the room nor in the hospital because as soon as the father knew she was expecting he ghosted her leaving her alone to give birth. when she gave her final push already very weakened and stressed from her ordeal she died the moment her child finally joined the world her heart giving out during childbirth the child seemly knowing what happened gave a cry a cry that echoed throughout the world alarming many both hidden in the shadows and shining in the light.
in a secluded warehouse draped in shadow a man without a face looked up at the cry "Is there someone with such a strong quirk that was born... interesting" he turned to order his goons to look for the child aware that he wasn't gonna be the only one looking for it.
in a certain school for heroes a small animal that is sometimes known as rat satan looked up at the cry "hmm its best if such a child is raised for good" ordering his workers to look for the child to keep it out of villain hands.
in a house two parents were pampering a recently born baby with green hair the father looked up at the cry his frail form creaking with pain as he looked up "hmm i hope this child turns out to be a hero because this cry bears power... i have a few years before i desperately need a successor maybe even my young izuku can succeed me." the blonde man muttered turning his attention back to the baby izuku.
all around the world many in positions of power or leadership had one thought at the cry 'The world will change at that child's hands'
meanwhile said child was put through foster-care and various orphan programs eventually vanishing in the system only to appear years later.

in a hospital check up room years later a doctor said "No chance kid... because of this extra joint in your foot you won't awaken your quirk." shattering a young izuku's hope however when he got home he received the greatest surprise his father was all might.
All might told his son izuku yagi that he can be a hero because all might would pass his quirk on to izuku making him his successor but he needed to study and train for it.
Thus began a much improved deku's route to greatness unaware he would never be the number one hero because that title was reserved for someone much much stronger.
days later in a certain facility a certain blonde haired girl approached a raven haired blue eyed child who looked very appealing to her. "Hey Hey... what's your name?" "max" "well max im not supposed to ask this but may i have a little bit of your blood?" "Sure"
the facility manager's were unaware that this was their final day of abusing these children.
