This "Evil cult" called Dusk once claimed to target Boundary Breakers, saying that those harbingers of World Destruction are hiding everywhere, the more critical the place, the more frequent their traces.
However, when it comes to such ranting, the response of the countries is... damn it, isn't it true that no country has refrained from installing their own people in other nations or key international areas??
