Wang Tao has been quite busy lately and has not entered the Rift.
But Ding Yuqin and the others have been constantly hunting monsters in the Rift. They use Changhe Base as their center and have explored outward, scouring several surrounding Rifts and reaping bountiful rewards.
The Rift they are now entering is the only place that Ding Yuqin and his team have not yet fully explored. This is because there are many Fifth-Order Lord Mutant Beasts here, which cooperate with each other.
Although Ding Yuqin and his teammates are Fifth Order Awakeners and possess extraordinary strength, the environment inside the Rift is unfavorable to them, making encounters with these Lord groups prone to accidents.
They don't necessarily have to kill these monsters and there's no need to force a confrontation; they can just wait for Wang Tao. If a victory is certain, why risk it?
