Unlike Player Stats, Territory Units Stats worked differently and were much more misleading compared to the Stats of Players.
Vlad was still wondering why they made them have different stats, making him feel like it really felt like this was a different game than the one he was playing altogether.
Nonetheless, judging by Insecta's immense strength with just 3 points of Fighting Power, it was quite clear that even 1 point was a lot.
He had yet to measure her full power, but based on all her feats so far, 1 point of Fighting Power could be a bit over thirty thousand Strength.
Meaning that Insecta could possibly have over 100k Strength with 3 Fighting Power Stats!

Vlad took a quick glance at the status, most things had not changed, but the production of resources had increased a lot!
Above all else, with the Blessing of Artemis, the Food was no longer running out every day, and right now they were actually producing it in excess; 20.5 Food in total every day was accumulated.
This Food could either simply be saved for harsher times, or sold out to other nearby villages, or even kingdoms for extra cash.
And also, there was now daily gold! It seemed that the population had become much happier since Vlad took over and made some changes.
With the entire city of Elderbridge free of criminals, the people were much happier and also had plenty of jobs at the farms, mines, and quarry as well.
Therefore, they were finally beginning to pay their taxes; ten gold a day meant that Vlad could earn 300 a month!
…Which wasn't that much, actually, but, well, it was something.
Right now, he also wanted more ways to increase Blood Energy and Arcana, and of course, to make some lumber mills to get the production of lumber going, which would be a waste to not use now that he had Artemis' blessings.

Out of nowhere, a bright red light and black light encompassed the entire city for a moment, as if washing it over completely.
Vlad's eyes widened as he saw the buildings becoming slightly better-looking and even the entire territory's space widening.
The walls themselves moved on their own automatically once the civilization leveled up, increasing the amount of space inside of them.
"What the hell?!"
Through the power of Artemis, he could see the entire city, and the results of leveling the civilization… were more than he expected!
It truly felt like he was playing a damn city-building game…
"Ah, I understand why it needed my input to level up now… This shouldn't happen spontaneously, or people could get hurt… Thankfully nobody was around those areas when this happened."
