The Devil Bull King successfully transcended the Supreme Unity Heart Demon Tribulation, but didn't overcome the External Tribulation, and was ruthlessly slain by the Great Emperor Changsheng in front of everyone.
The Scaled Dragon-Devil King didn't even manage to transcend the Supreme Unity Heart Demon Tribulation and died outright.
Before this, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, Maitreya Buddha, Emperor Zhen Wu, Guanyin Bodhisattva, and Yang Jian all successfully ascended to Supreme Unity, leading many experts to overlook the difficulty of advancing to Supreme Unity.
Some even thought that as long as one had enough accumulated foundation, one could strive for the ascension to Supreme Unity.
