The staff expanded, transforming into a towering pillar more than a hundred meters in height and tens of meters in width in the blink of an eye.
It then plunged into the depths of the ocean, taking the golem along with it.
Naturally, the aberrant creature would not be able to deal with the sheer weight of the heavy pillar all by himself.
All he could do was unwillingly be submerged into the depths, bearing the weight of the staff for as long as his undead body would allow him to.
When Adam saw that the creature had tanked his Fireball barrage earlier, he instantly knew that it would take him a long time to deal with it.
This would allow the necromancers several chances to deal with him since his mind would be mostly occupied with the golem.
And that is exactly why they had summoned it.
So the best plan of action he could come up with was to restrain the golem with the weight of his staff.
Adam turned to gaze in the direction his Fireball Barrage had earlier landed in.
