Passing through the Tianma Plateau, carrying silt and sand along, creating this turbid segment of the river.
The people on the Guanhe Platform had watched with their own eyes as the water level of the Yellow River rose day by day.
The ancient and robust Suan Ni Bridge, grand and broad, could accommodate dozens of chariots running side by side. On normal days, it spanned the abyss like a sky bridge, with the river flowing gently dozens of feet below it.
But now, the water level was nearly reaching the bridge deck.
The raging waves continuously slammed against the bridge body, emitting thunderous roars, as if a terrifying beast was roaring day and night.
Even the sturdy Suan Ni Bridge had a sense of imminent danger as if it could be severed at any moment.
Those who have not witnessed it themselves could hardly imagine this scene.
