But I promise you, once there are signs of the end of the war, I will immediately proceed with the hatching of the millennium egg."
At this, the giant snakes seemed somewhat disappointed but in front of the example set by Little Cardinna, they chose to trust the curator's promise, and then they, full of dignity under Oru's hissing, took the snake babies to familiarize themselves with the whole swamp ecosystem.
Oru itself led Murphy and his companions in another direction.
