Venessa stared at Jayden who was sleeping by her side wondering what had happened while she was unconscious and how long she was unconscious.
She felt tired to the bones and every fibre in her body seemed to be aching her. She wanted to call out Jayden but she was too exhausted to even say a word.
There was slight movement from Jayden. Jayden in his subconscious state could feel someone staring at him so it prompted him to leave his slumber.
Venessa was happy when she saw Jayden move hoping he woke up and her wish was answered. Jayden rose his head from the bed and released a tired sigh while rubbing his eyes. He looked so exhausted that it made Venessa wonder if he was in this state because of her.
Jayden after rubbing his eyes that were heavy due to exhaustion eyes, he glanced towards the source of the stare he felt while he was sleeping. He did not feel any hostility from it not that there was anyone who could harm him here with his guards outside.
