Xuanhuang Annihilation, is an extreme transformation naturally born out of Xuanhuang World's sense of impending destruction, to protect itself.
All of it evolves certain aspects to the extreme.
For instance, the transformation Li Fan used in his previous life to disguise as an Integration Cultivator was the "Heat Death of Heaven and Earth, Everything Ice Sealed", no weaker than the usual Frost Essence of the World in the Xuanhuang World, and even stronger than most.
The World-Ending Transformation often comes with offensive, destructive capabilities. Since it typically arises only when the Xuanhuang World faces a destruction crisis, its emergence between Heaven and Earth invariably triggers a reactive response from the Xuanhuang Heaven Path. This results in the Xuanhuang Heaven Path naturally being wary and distrusting of the bearer of the World-Ending Transformation, just as in Li Fan's current situation.
