There are many aspects that can be written about the role of storytelling.
But for the papers graded so far, it's truly hard to know how to expand the scope.
Some better ones write about a story they've heard. It was fascinatingly told, so they praised both the storyteller and the story itself, and then remarked on how much the story inspired people, giving them such great mental power.
Some, on the other hand, write that we need to be able to tell stories, to tell our stories well, and to export our cultural soft power.
