Ivana Bennett walked over and sat between the two little ones, watching the trinkets they'd bought while dialing Angel's number on her phone.
"I didn't hear the phone during my nap this afternoon, did the payment go smoothly?"
"Don't worry, everything went perfectly. The accountant has deposited the check this afternoon, and now the money is in our account, not a penny less."
"That's good to hear. I won't be going to the company tomorrow, so call me on my cell if anything comes up."
"Alright..." Angel agreed, then suddenly spoke up, "Manager Bennett, I have something to tell you—it's really satisfying news."
"What is it?" Ivana asked curiously.
"The fabric factory that sold us the substandard materials was reported today for using toxic chemical dyes. It was all over the news this afternoon... They've shut down for good now."
"Really?" Ivana's face showed obvious surprise, "Lucky we didn't use their fabric, or else... that really would have been a mess."
