This little thing is just like her father, cold on the outside but warm inside. Occasionally, she would say one or two heartwarming sentences; her understanding manner like a little adult made people feel both heartache and moved.
"Madam, we need to go," the old butler said, pulling the luggage the maid had packed for her and coming over to remind her.
"Okay," Ivana Bennett stood up, "Gepard, Perry, mommy is leaving now, you two must not cause trouble for the butler and Mary, do you understand?"
"We know!"
"Understood."
The two little ones responded simultaneously, with Gepard's voice drawing out the words and Perry's voice simple and clean-cut.
They walked down the steps together to see off Ivana Bennett as she got into the car and waved goodbye to her.
"Mommy, have a smooth journey." Watching Ivana Bennett's car drive away, Perry continued to wave his little hand and shout, "Mommy, remember to miss me, mommy… I will miss you!"
