The man walked over to the chair and sat down, looking at her across the table, "What time do you get off work?"
Olivia Parker handed over the printed prescription, "You can go get your medicine now."
"Thank you."
The man took the paper, turned around, and walked out of the surgical emergency room.
Watching the door close again, Olivia Parker walked to the sink to wash her hands, then sat back down in her chair.
As a surgeon, one can encounter all kinds of patients, and she had seen plenty of oddities, so she didn't pay too much attention to this patient's quirks.
A moment later, Doctor Zhang, who was on duty, walked in from outside.
"Olivia, you've worked hard."
"You're too kind." Olivia Parker stood up with a smile, "Is your daughter okay?"
