"Just don't do it again in the future, that's all."
Charlotte Green noticed that Gavin Turner seemed a bit unhappy. She approached and said, "Senior, is your leg uncomfortable again? I'm sorry, I haven't been able to accompany you to the hospital for rehabilitation recently."
"It doesn't matter, you've worked hard these past few years. Now that my parents have arrived, you can relax a bit and do what you want to do," Gavin said evenly.
"Isn't what concerns you also my concern?" Charlotte felt somewhat aggrieved, feeling suddenly as though she'd been excluded.
Ultimately, Gavin couldn't bear to see the tears welling up in her eyes and gently pulled her up, "I didn't mean that. You will always be a part of me... our family."
She would always be the person he couldn't bear to hurt, no matter if it pushed himself to the limit, he couldn't harm her in the slightest.
"Why don't I take you for rehabilitation today?" Charlotte suggested, her dejected mood suddenly brightening.
