Although the Plane Will cannot attack Dong Tianyu directly, it can notify all native beings within the plane, including but not limited to the natives inside the base, as well as Otherworldly Invader creatures that have fully settled in this plane outside the base.
More crucially, the Plane Will can not only inform the native beings of Dong Tianyu's location but also instigate endless hostility towards him, prompting them to actively attack Dong Tianyu.
This is also why those natives within the base publicly display treasures containing a large amount of Plane Origin.
Because even if these treasures are taken by Otherworldly Invaders and stored in Storage Space, the Plane Will can still precisely locate their position.
What the Plane Will did not anticipate was that the treasures uprooted and sent to the Cave by the White Bone Puppet seemed to have completely left this plane, making it impossible for it to locate them.
