Compared to Jane Sampson, Coco Edwards suffered much more.
Though not to the point of needing to visit the surgery room, her legs were fractured, and with a broken rib to boot, in the upcoming half month, Coco would have to rely on her courage to pull through.
Breathing had to be light, and she couldn't set foot on the ground.
"Has a caregiver been arranged?" Jane Sampson inquired with concern.
"Yes, we've arranged two of the most patient and kind-hearted aunties from the hospital to take turns caring for her around the clock. I've also arranged a caregiver for you, who will be here shortly," Father Carter said, "I've sorted out an assistant for you, so just focus on getting some good rest, and don't worry about anything else. Although I will leave early tomorrow morning, Mr. Carter will stay behind. If you need anything, just speak to Mr. Carter—it's the same as telling me."
