The thought of James Black suddenly made James Chip slap his head and say, "What's wrong with your mobile phone? Why can't I ever get through? The person at your home must be incredibly worried because they can't reach you."
That was when Jane Sampson remembered she still hadn't called James Black.
"Coco and I were trapped inside the car after someone blocked us, and we got into a car accident. The car was flipped upside down, and we were stuck inside. Coco was seriously injured, so I secretly called the police with my mobile phone. The police didn't hang up the phone because they worried I would be scared, and it wasn't until the guard team found us that my mobile phone ran out of battery and shut down automatically," Jane Sampson explained, then asked, "Is your phone still working? May I borrow it to give him a call?"
"Quickly," James Chip handed his phone to Jane Sampson and then said, "I'm going to check elsewhere. I'll come back to find you later."
