Rose PoV
Orlin went to get Tasuku, while the others went back inside. Mia wanted to make sure that Osamu wouldn't break into a crying fit as soon as he woke up because she was gone.
"Let's start this big bros training lil sis session," Tasuku said, grinning.
Orlin chuckled and turned to look at me. "Ready, little sis?"
I nodded slightly, an ounce of worry still.
"Just remember to focus on your breathing," Tasuku advised, his tone shifting to something more serious. "Channel your mana gently. Ice mana can be tricky if you rush it."
"Right," I replied, taking a deep breath. I glanced at the small snow figures Orlin had built—my makeshift training dummies for this session. It seemed my task was to stop them from melting. The sun wasn't particularly hot, so it should've been easy. But given my mana's tendency to flow out...
I sighed. Seemed all of my confidence from my earlier session with Saffron was now gone.
