Orlin PoV
Azami and Osamu stared attentively at Mia their mommy showed them how to count.
"One," Mia said, raising a finger.
Azami giggled and raised all of his tiny chubby fingers.
"No, Azami, that's ten."
"Ta!" he said, giggling.
Osamu concentrated hard, his little brow furrowing in determination as he attempted to mimic his mother. He managed to raise his pointer finger, but it was accompanied by a few other fingers that stubbornly refused to stay down.
"Close enough!" Mia chuckled, leaning down to ruffle Osamu's hair. "You're getting there, buddy!"
Azami clapped his hands, clearly enjoying the moment. "One! One!" he exclaimed, his voice bright with excitement.
Mia smiled at her two little ones, her heart swelling with love. "That's right, Azami! And what comes after one?"
Osamu, still focused, tried to raise two fingers this time, giggling as he managed to get his pinky and ring finger up, leaving his other fingers curled in a fist.
