Kasumi fades back in and looks around looking for Amelia and sees her fast asleep.
Kasumi: "Aww... I'll leave her in peace...
Kasumi goes outside and looks around for something to eat and spots a deer.
Kasumi: "Man that's going to taste so good flame grilled." He said as his mouth waters at the thought.
-Kasumi casts bramble binding... ensnaring the deer in his tracks. Kasumi walks up to it and he slices the deer's throat giving him a swift and painless death.
Kasumi: "Rest assured I will not make a single piece of you go to waist... Safe travels, little deer." He holds his prayer beads with his left hand and placing his other hand on the deer's head, closing his eyes and revering the deer's lifeless body.
Amelia looks at Kasumi having a new found respect and admiration for him seeing him treat animals with the same respect as he treats other people.
Kasumi carries the animal on his shoulders back to the cave.
Amelia sees this and gets startled and runs back to the cave acting as if she is asleep.
Kasumi: "That was a good hunt." He takes the animal to the kitchen and sets him on the counter and starts skinning him.
Amelia peaks and almost wants to hurl because she saw the deer's insides... but Kasumi is skinning the deer straight-faced with no emotion.
Kasumi: "I have to cut the head off and remove the spine and bury it and let it decompose which should take around 101 days." He said excited on his face but inside he was saddened.
Amelia acts like she is waking up.
Amelia: "Morning Kasumi!" She said smiling.
Kasumi: "Good morning Amelia." He said forcing a smile on his face.
Amelia: "What's that?" She looks at the deer acting confused.
Kasumi: "It's a deer?" He laughs.
Amelia feels dumbfounded and starts chuckling softly with Kasumi.
Kasumi: "So... What do you want to eat tonight since we have meat?" He said with anticipation.
Amelia: "Hmm... Maybe deer stew." She said with her mouth watering uncontrollably.
Kasumi: "Sounds great... Will you help me to make it?" He looks at her.
Amelia: "Yes just tell me and ill help where I can okay?" She smiles.
Kasumi: "Of course, I'll keep you extra busy okay?"
Amelia: "Go easy on me, will ya?" She looks at him with a shy-ish face.
Kasumi: "Always." He grins.
Kasumi: "Can you go and fetch me some cooking oil." He said as he is cutting the meat into sections.
Amelia: "Where is it?" She said as she is standing ready.
Kasumi: "It should be above the stove in the top left cupboard." As he said that he points to the place he described.
Amelia: "On it." She walks to the cupboard and get the cooking oil.
Amelia: "Here you go." She hands the cooking oil to Kasumi.
Kasumi: " Thanks, Now... we pour half of the cooking pot with water and put in the meat and veggies so it softens." He said as he looks focused.
Amelia: "You know quite a bit about cooking." She looks at him with curious eyes.
Kasumi: "Well if you live two lives you tend to do everything at least once." He adds some seasoning so it can mix in with the broth." He said as he is stirring the broth with a wooden spoon.
Amelia: "W-what!?" She looks at him with a shocked and confused face.
Kasumi stares at his broth and pays her no mind.
Amelia: "How old are you." She asks while slowly backing away.
Kasumi: "I can't tell you..." He looks at her and looks back at the broth.
Amelia: "Tell me or else I'll tell the knights where you live..." She looks at him intently.
Kasumi glances at her with emotionless eyes...
Kasumi: "So you will make me suffer another 100 years because I won't reveal my age to you?" He looks at her agitated.
Amelia looks at him speechless.
Kasumi: "I was around in Takashi's hero party defeated demon lord Cathera."
Amelia But that was roughly 400 years ag-..." She freezes realizing he is 500 years old.
Kasumi: "You understand now?" He looks disheartened.
Amelia "Y-your a-" She takes a defensive pose while trembling tremendously.
Kasumi: "Yeah... a monster, who could have guessed." He looks at her with a steadfast pose.
Kasumi: "Call me monster or beast or whatever... just let me rot away in peace.
Kasumi: "I'm immortal... I cant even commit suicide... because I would just reincarnate with my memories still intact. This long life has broken my mind and my will." He shows his arm... on his shoulder he has a skull with two scythes in the back of it with a X in red over it.
Amelia looks in sympathy at Kasumi's Immortal state.
Amelia: "Oh Kasumi..." A tear drips down her cheek.
Kasumi: "But I have been granted immense power... I have the forbidden *Millennium magic*."
Amelia: "Millennium magic?"
Kasumi: "And Chaos Magic... I can cast all kinds of magic but my strongest magic types are chaos and millennium magic... Millennium magic is strong enough to make a new galaxy if used correctly... Unlike chaos magic... Millennium magic is forbidden..."
Kasumi: "Let's leave this matter..."
Amelia: "No I will not!" She looks at him angerly.
Kasumi sighs and holds his hands in front of him and resides a spell.
Kasumi: "Illusion magic: Respite Of The Mist Wolf..."
Amelia becomes very docile after rose leaves float around her.
Kasumi: "Illusion magic: Memorio Erazio..." White ghostlike objects fly out of her ears...
Kasumi: "Forgive me for doing this but I am scared of hurting you about my selfish quest..." He looks down in doubt.
Kasumi carries Amelia to her room and goes to the living room and finishes making the broth and eats alone placing a Jungle leaf over to preserve the heat inside.
Kasumi: "She is going to have a massive headache when she wakes up. I feel bad doing that..." He goes to bed after leaving a Vile of medicine to ease headaches next to Amelia's bed.
