The trio of Inala, Loya, and Shuwrak Zahara walked through the Varahan Empire, traversing in the gaps between cities. They mostly had a free rein, as most of the Varahan Empire's attention was placed on the battlefield.
Internal security was limited to the cities, making the open region somewhat free for the trio to traverse.
Lying sprawled on Inala's shoulder was the Knell Clansman, still unconscious. The rapid changes he had experienced placed a tremendous strain on his body, mind, and soul. It would take a while before his Prana mends everything. Only then would he regain consciousness.
While the trio moved without issues, a Free Human tailed them from two kilometres away. The Free Human had a Silver Grade Vara Human Avatar, and only a Primary Nature, as he was captured long before the Varahan Challenge had started.
