-------------------------------------------------------------

As the enormous beam of light that illuminated the entire night sky suddenly disappeared, everyone on the battlefield stood frozen in shock, their eyes fixed on the incredible scene before them.

On the dark, jagged mountain—

"We… actually survived!"

Rasa's face was pale, his eyes wide with disbelief. Staring at the sky, he murmured in astonishment.

Beside him, Yagura looked just as pale, his gaze fixed on Minato, who stood straight and steady ahead of them.

"It was him," Yagura muttered, astonished. "He's the one who successfully redirected Aizen's attack!"

Following Yagura's gaze, Rasa's eyes landed on Minato. The young Hokage stood firm, with a massive barrier shimmering in the air above him. Rasa's expression turned complex as he murmured.

"Namikaze Minato… What an extraordinary man."

"One day, his name will be etched in the history of the ninja world."

Yagura's gaze lowered slightly as he softly added,

"There's no need to wait for the future. Starting tonight, his name will resound throughout the entire ninja world."

Yagura was right—Minato's performance tonight had been nothing short of remarkable.

Before the eyes of thousands of ninja from the Five Great Nations, alongside the Tsuchikage and other elite ninjas, Minato had taken on Aizen and played a critical role in their survival.

Without Minato's mysterious space-time ninjutsu, they would never have been able to emerge from Aizen's attacks unscathed.

More than that, Minato had demonstrated the leadership qualities of a true Hokage. Despite his youth, he exuded a calmness and determination that inspired those around him, even when faced with an overwhelming enemy like Aizen.

Yagura's eyes narrowed as he glanced toward the Konoha contingent, thinking silently.

'Konoha truly is a place where geniuses are born.'

Far off, Jiraiya, Tsunade, and the other Konoha ninjas sighed in relief at the sight of Minato standing unharmed.

They couldn't bear the thought of Minato, who carried so many of their hopes, dying at Aizen's hands. After all, Minato's journey as a ninja was only just beginning.

As the crowd marveled at the fact that Minato and his companions had survived, Aizen—standing like a god in the sky—cast a faint glance downward.

He slowly extended his hand and made a pulling motion in the air.

"Rip."

The space in front of Aizen tore open like a curtain, revealing a pitch-black void.

With an unreadable expression, Aizen stepped into the darkness.

The spatial tear closed behind him, and an identical black void suddenly appeared on the ground below.

"Tap."

With a soft sound, Aizen emerged from the void, his uniform of black and white stark against the darkness. Holding Kyōka Suigetsu casually at his side, he seemed more like a god descending to the mortal realm than a man.

The sight left the gathered ninja stunned.

"Aizen can use space-time ninjutsu too?!"

Ninjas who knew little about Aizen were horrified.

Seeing this, panic spread among the crowd.

They had already witnessed Minato's space-time ninjutsu, which had enabled him to hold his ground against someone as powerful as Aizen.

But now a chilling truth had emerged. Aizen, a being of terrifying strength, also possessed space-time ninjutsu.

How could they possibly survive this?

Aizen's new position was only a few dozen meters from Minato and his companions.

Both sides knew full well that if Aizen chose to attack, they would have no chance of resisting.

The earlier battle had already proven this beyond doubt.

"Huff—"

The faint sound of breathing filled the air.

Minato, Rasa, and Yagura stood motionless, their faces pale as they stared at Aizen.

The oppressive atmosphere blanketed them once more, crushing their fighting spirit.

Yagura and Rasa's hearts raced as they watched Aizen's every movement, their pupils dilated with fear.

Even Minato's face was pale, his breathing ragged.

His body trembled slightly, and his hands shook—not out of fear, but from the exhaustion of having depleted his chakra.

Minato's blue eyes flickered with a trace of sorrow as he thought to himself.

'Redirecting Aizen's attack consumed all of my remaining chakra. I can't use any more jutsu. I'm sorry, Kushina… I've reached my limit.'

Minato clenched his fists, preparing himself for one final act of resistance before his end.

But just then, Aizen's magnetic voice rang out, calm and unhurried.

"You performed well, Minato. I'm impressed that you've grown to this level in such a short time."

Aizen made no move to attack. Instead, his gaze was filled with intrigue as he looked at Minato, a faint smile tugging at his lips.

"To think you devised a way to use a spatial barrier to redirect my Kidō and executed it so effectively," Aizen said. "I see great potential in you, Minato."

Minato's expression wavered, uncertain of Aizen's intentions.

At that moment—

"Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!"

The sharp sound of cutting air broke the tension as several figures landed nearby, stirring up a cloud of dust.

It was Jiraiya, Tsunade, and other Konoha ninjas, their faces resolute as they faced Aizen.

"Aizen!" Jiraiya shouted, his towering figure stepping firmly in front of Minato. His voice was strong, filled with defiance. "I won't let you lay another hand on Minato!"

Tsunade, Inuzuka Ao, and Aburame Shibi stood behind Jiraiya, their expressions equally determined.

They said nothing, but their stance conveyed their shared resolve. they would protect Minato at all costs.

The battlefield fell into an eerie silence.

The Konoha ninjas stood firm, facing Aizen, while the other ninjas watched in stunned silence, barely daring to breathe.

Far off, Ōnoki struggled to rise with the help of his men. A massive wound ran from his shoulder to his waist, leaving him pale and weak.

His lifeless eyes barely opened as he looked toward the scene, murmuring faintly.

"Will Aizen… destroy them all, along with the Konoha ninjas?"

Just as those words left his lips, Ōnoki's dim eyes suddenly brightened, as if he had seen something that shocked him to his core.
