Su Jiyai froze.
"What?" she whispered.
[That girl crying for help… she's your mission target. You have to save her.]
Blaze noticed the change in Su Jiyai's expression. "What's wrong?"
Juliet clutched her arm. "Don't tell me… you're thinking of going there?"
Su Jiyai didn't answer right away.
Her eyes narrowed as she stared into the dark area ahead, where the voice had come from.
The Night Viper's territory was deadly. One wrong move, and they'd all end up snake food.

Su Jiyai let out a sharp breath. "She's real."
"What?!" Juliet gasped.
"You're kidding!" Blaze whispered, shaking his head.
Su Jiyai turned toward them. "Listen. I'll go. You two stay here and don't move, okay?"
"No way!" Juliet shouted. "You're not going alone!"
"Yeah," Blaze added, stepping forward. "We're a team now, remember?"
Su Jiyai smiled a little.
