"Where does he take on disciples? I am thinking of stopping by his place later," Vicente inquired, keen on getting in touch with this forging master.
"He resides on the south end of town. He offers his services there but also administers aptitude tests to aspiring blacksmiths for a fee of 10 gold coins.
He does not have a set quota for new students. As far as my group has discovered, as long as one possesses a talent that captures his interest, Benson is willing to take them as a disciple.
But, boss, there's a catch," the man added in a hushed tone.
"There are no free lunches... What is the price for the freedoms he offers?" Vicente questioned.
"That's not clear cut. It can vary. From what I've heard, some of his students have to pay Benson a fraction of what they earn from their products. Others have to pay a monthly fee for studying under his tutelage, and there's even a case of someone who supposedly has to pay fees for each advancement they make."
