The day ended and a new one began, they went on to training and they were surprised since they didn't see Felix, instead they were accompanied by Marv. They have gotten used to Felix over watching them, even though they lived in the cell rooms and wasn't allowed outside or to see their families, life wasn't all that bad. Marv introduced himself, he already knew their names and his task was to simply watch them and collect data. Leo then asked why was Felix absent and they were informed that Felix was resting, Leo thought it made sense since lately Felix looked like a walking dead and got pissed off with the slightest thing. After coming up with a conclusion Felix decided to have a twenty-two hours of sleep and entrusted training everyone to Marv, he watched closely and recorded everything. Marv stood at the side lines observing closely, especially Jo who have gotten better at hovering off the ground and like every other training Leo did nothing, Oliver suggested that he should at least try to do something, but Leo only responded that he didn't have any motivation to. Marv looked at Leo with intense gaze and when Leo noticed him he simply waved and smiled, Marv was already aware of Leo's strange behavior and so Leo was ignored.
Days passed, so did weeks and so did months. Everyone that Felix trained had a better grasped on their abilities and they were called 'The Twelve', Felix thought that having them use their rightful names was a bad idea especially when they are transformed, so he gave them a different name. Jo Jackson T two seven [T27], Sasha Davis T five five [T55], Oliver Henry T six five [T65], Emille Campbell T six eight [T68], Will Anderson T four eight [T48], Leo Parkin T three six [T36], Simon Miller T five six [T56], John Johnson T four seven [T47], Mellie Woods T six five two [T652], Markin Louis T six five three[T653], Rose Fransie T four seven two[T472], Marie Smith T five five two[T552]. Everyone who had three numbers to their name's wondered why and Felix explained that since their names had the same amount of letters he added another number to avoid a repeat of the same name.
Three months had passed and the Robotic people were now on the rise worldwide, this caused an unfriendly reaction. Every world leader thought they could hide their special people, but since numerous people were changing it spread and dominated the internet and so everyone was aware about the cases and changes worldwide. People who could change were treated horribly, they were mocked and ridiculed and called freaks, some people even feared their own selves due to the fact they didn't understand what was happening. People transformed without knowing, sometimes only part of their bodies changed and they used their abilities unknowingly. They caused damages to their surroundings and injured others intentionally. Soon people thought of ideas to rule the world or to become heroes and put their ideals and fantasies into play. Everything was brewing out of control and something need to be done. The leaders did everything to lessen the problem, every country had their own problem and so the results weren't the same. The world was getting chaotic, criminal acts were on the rise, gangs were stepping up the stage making themselves seen and incidents that were caused unintentionally. Everyone thought they were going through the worst, but unbeknownst to them this was only the beginning, for the last two days they tried to keep everything under wraps, then a 9.5 earthquake struck worldwide and tsunamis followed it in some countries. The earthquake came without warning and so no one was prepared, the earthquake went on for seven minutes before it stopped.
After the earthquake the roads were split, buildings were destroyed and lives were also lost. The people were in a state of shock and mourning, problems just kept coming and piling and so some of the government officials vanished or stepped down from their position, the pressure and demands were probably too much to bare. It would probably take months to rebuild everything back to normal. Days later the cleaning up after the earthquake continued, when everyone thought they were getting back on track something happened again. Something like a ball like object flew from the skies and crashed in most cities, this started an uproar once again, and all the efforts that was poured into calming down society was in vain. The sphere looking ball was spotted in multiple regions and for the other regions they thanked God since they weren't finished with the current problems and couldn't handle another one.
The spherical ball landed in a crowded area where the population was high, even though everyone was on edge they were drawn to its mystical and astonishing color and aura. The colors on the ball spiral in all direction, the ball itself was black, red, purple, blue colors waved over it continuously making it look mesmerizing. The people in the area went ahead to have a closer look while a few stayed behind, they took pictures and posted online and described it as other worldly. They took the risk and a few bystanders went closer to it, soon police arrived on the scene making a border around the object and advised people to leave. They ignored the police and went ahead to touch the ball, the sphere looked very heavenly with its amazing colors, even the polices were caught staring at the ball and forgetting their duties, but they were drawn from it when they were called on. The police ordered people to stay back as they waited for back up, even though they were warned a handful of people ignored them and went to touch the ball. As they touched the ball they felt a wonderful sensation that coursed through their bodies.
The police went up to drag them away, but then a powerful wind sent everyone flying from their feet. The few who had their hands on the sphere stood their ground but everyone else was pushed to the ground or the wind carried them away, the police and others hid near the vehicles, but even the cars were being pushed away. Some held on to anything nearby and the others were seen being blown away. The unexpected wind lasted for five seconds and then stopped abruptly, everyone was dazed and filled with mixed emotions. The area was silent as everyone tried to process what just happened. Then one police officer spoke.
" Ok…. now everyone …please stay back", he said as he paused multiply times before finishing his sentence.
"Yeah, stay behind the yellow line", another officer added standing to his feet.
Anyone who found the strength to move shifted their bodies and tried walking away, even though they had the thoughts of moving they felt a lump in their abdomen and they remained in place. Seconds after everyone who was touching the sphere removed their hands slowly, one after the other. Some of them fell to their knees as they felt their bodies weaken. Before anyone could help them to their feet the sphere like object cracked open and a black bluish greenish substance spewed from within, they watched in disgust, bewilderment and curiosity. Then two creatures came out, they made a high pitch scream that made people cover their ears and dropped to their knees, now fear lingered in the air. The monsters stopped screaming after four seconds and everyone rose their heads to have a better view. They saw the monsters were on all four limbs and a long mouth, their skin was white with a greenish color, they looked buffed and their skin looked like it had lumps underneath, their skins also seemed slimy, saliva also dripped from their mouths that smoked when it touch the ground, showing that it was acidic. One of the creatures stood nine feet tall and the other one was eight feet, everyone stared in horror and was pasted to the ground daring not to move, only fear lingered in the air.
Then faster than the blink of an eye the monsters rushed, one of the creature ripped off a woman's head, beheading her. The body then took its final stance before falling over and twitching as blood leaked out and the creature swallowed the head. The next creature pounced on a teenage boy eating his chest out as his scream and ripping of flesh were the only thing piercing through the air. They stood shaking and didn't move, they could hear the loud landings as the creature pounced on people one after the other. The only stood in fear with their bodies sweating wondering who would be next. Everyone on the sidelines stood still until a girl fell over and scream, tempting everyone to start running. The police then ordered everyone to run as they pulled their weapons and started shooting at the creatures as a massacre started. Due to the panic and chaos people were trampled on or got separated from family, love one, or got abundant.
