Being the holy rank hunter in charge of a city brought Allegro many perks such as having the freedom to pursue his career as a singer, the political influence to make decisions in the name of the city and absolute impunity. He wasn't above the law, he was the law. To say it was a dream come true wouldn't be an exaggeration and his position allowed him to amass a fortune while enjoying his life to the fullest.
Needless to say, his position also came with responsibilities but they could be summarized in just two rules: to protect the wall and to never leave the city without permission from the government. This didn't bother Allegro in the slightest as he didn't have a reason to leave the city in the first place, but that was only until his beloved little sister ran away to the neighboring city which just happened to fall at the mercy of a titan rank cryptid.
