The main island's size was so incredibly huge that Uriel wondered how was it possible that no one noticed the existence of such an underground structure in the past. If his theory was true and they were indeed beneath the Alamo then someone must have noticed it before, especially considering the many coal and gold mines in the surroundings.
The group made their way through endless waves of enemies and there were so many flux orbs in the ground they didn't bother picking them up unless they were of the monster rank. Even if they wanted to, they couldn't carry as many.
"Geez! This is such a waste of credits." Nika pouted.
"Yeah, we should have brought a cart or something to carry them." Sam nodded in agreement.
"Do you think we would have been able to make it this far while pulling a cart?" Medusa asked thinking back on the iron butterflies she faced. Had it not been for her trait, they would have been in serious danger even with a holy rank hunter by their side.
