She stepped into the dimly lit hallway leading to the restrooms, relishing the brief moment of quiet after the long, eventful evening.
Just as she pushed the door open, another figure followed in after her.

Chen Lin met her gaze in the mirror as she walked toward the sink.
An Yuexin's soft features, delicate and ethereal under the warm glow of the lights, carried the same serene expression she always wore in public.
She smiled—gentle, polite, unassuming.
"You were quite talkative today," An Yuexin said lightly, reaching for a paper towel. "It was… refreshing."
Chen Lin raised a brow, wiping her hands. "I suppose that's one way to put it."
An Yuexin let out a soft, almost musical laugh. "It's just different from before. You never used to make so many jokes or playful remarks at press conferences. It was a nice change."
