Does Duke Windsor have the status and power to meddle in the business and orders of the vampire king? No.

Is Duke Windsor stronger than him and the king? No. Micah is not afraid of Duke Windsor at all. Why would he, anyway?
After being told off by Micah, Duke Windsor's complexion does not appear to be very good.
"Duke Windsor, please be understanding," Number Ten interjected when the atmosphere heated up.
